MT newswireMT newswire2026/10/20 18:36
02:36 PM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EMERGE Commerce (ECOM.V) expects revenue in the third quarter to be CA$7.4 million, compared with CA$7.0 million a year earlier, it said Tuesday. Third quarter adjusted EBITDA is expected to be about CA$313,000 compared with about CA$261,000, a year-ago. "Combined with our recently completed 7-year refinancing with Desjardins, which lowered our interest rate from 11.0% to 7.3%, we are building a stronger financial foundation," said Chief Executive Ghassan Halazon. The company's full Q3 results are expected to be filed in late November, it said. Its shares last traded Oct. 19, closing at CA$0.065 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Goldman Sachs Volatility Panic Index surged to 9.57, approaching its maximum value, with the largest single-day increase ranking third in history, and the combined two-day volatility setting a new record.
