XCF Global to Acquire Renewable Fuel Production Facility in California

11:50 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- XCF Global (SAFX) said Tuesday it will acquire a renewable fuel production facility in Paramount, California, through its subsidiary New Rise Renewables Paramount. The company will onboard the team at Paramount following the deal close, with plans to more than double the team size to resume operations over the next nine to 12 months, according to a statement. XCF also plans to invest around $30 million during the restart period to support workforce training and operational readiness, according to the company.
