Both WTI and Brent crude oil prices rose by over $1 in early trading, currently quoted at $96.72/barrel and $104.99/barrel respectively. Earlier reports indicated that negotiations between Iran and the United States are ongoing, and claims that an agreement is imminent are not accurate.
