CANEX Metals Gets BLM Exploration Permit for Gold Basin Property

11:18 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CANEX Metals (CANX.V) received an exploration permit from the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for drilling and other exploration activities at its Gold Basin property in Arizona, it said Tuesday. The company signed a drill contract and is looking to start a minimum 50-hole reverse circulation drill program in the second half of November, it said. The two-year exploration permit will allow for the construction of up to 86 new drill pads along with exploration access and trenching. Field activities are expected to start "shortly" to prepare for drilling, it said. Shares of the company were last seen down CA$0.005, or 1.4%, at CA$0.35 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
