Northstar Clean Technologies Closes CA$2.1 Million Investment Tranche

09:42 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Northstar Clean Technologies (ROOF.V) closed an initial CA$2.1 million subscription by Allmine Paving as part of Allmine's $10.0 million investment in the company, Northstar said Tuesday. Allmine subscribed for CA$2.1 million in three-year unsecured convertible debentures, which can be converted into Northstar units at CA$0.29 per unit. Northstar plans to use the proceeds to advance its operations and development plans, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
