Freenome Launches SimpleScreen Lung Cancer Test

09:20 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Freenome (FRNM) said Tuesday it has launched the SimpleScreen Lung cancer test for adults aged 50 to 80 with a smoking history of over 20 packs a year who are currently not participating in any guideline-recommended screening. The test can be ordered independently or alongside the US Food and Drug Administration-approved SimpleScreen colorectal cancer test when average-risk patients are also eligible for blood-based colorectal cancer screening, according to the company.
