QuantumCore Intends to Enter a Share Buyback Program

07:51 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- QuantumCore (QNCR.CN) intends to effect a normal course issuer bid (NCIB) through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange, it said in a statement on Tuesday. The company may buy back up to 1.6-million common shares, about 5% of its 31.7-million issued and outstanding common shares and about 10% of the public float. The bid will remain in effect until Oct. 16, 2027, unless completed or cancelled earlier, it said. Shares of the company closed unchanged at CA$1.6 on Monday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
