CBRE to Buy Data Center Infrastructure Services Provider Onnec

07:41 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CBRE Group (CBRE) has agreed to acquire data center infrastructure services provider Onnec Group for an initial purchase price of 460 million British pounds ($613.5 million) in cash, CBRE said Tuesday. The companies have also agreed to a multiyear earn-out of up to 300 million pounds, subject to Onnec hitting certain growth thresholds. The company expects Onnec to generate roughly 370 million pounds in revenue and more than 50 million pounds of core EBITDA in 2027 and be immediately accretive to CBRE's core per-share earnings. CBRE expects the deal to close around the end of the year, it said.
