Clearfield CEO Cheri Beranek to Retire in March 2027

07:32 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Clearfield (CLFD) Chief Executive Cheri Beranek plans to retire effective March 31, 2027, the company said Tuesday. Beranek will remain in her current role until her successor is appointed or her retirement date, whichever comes first, the company said. Following the appointment of a successor, Beranek will continue working at Clearfield as president and CEO Emeritus in a non-director role, the company said.
