Davion Healthcare Names Glenn Williams CEO, Jeremy North COO as Jack Kaye Becomes Chairman

07:01 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Davion Healthcare (DAVI) named Glenn Williams chief executive officer and Jeremy North chief operating officer, effective Thursday, when its ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market, the company said Tuesday. Current CEO Jack Kaye will become chairman, succeeding Sir Eric Peacock, who will remain on the board as a non-executive director, the company said. Davion said it is also establishing an operational directorate as its principal executive management body, responsible for day-to-day operations and executing its strategy. The directorate will be led by Williams and report to the board. It will include the chief financial officer, chief operating officer, chief commercial officer, and other senior executives. Williams previously held senior roles at Care Finders Total Care. North had served as CEO and chief financial officer of CloudMade.
