Fortuna Mining's Lindero Mine Shows Gold Mineralization Below Current Pit Design

06:39 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fortuna Mining (FVI.TO) said results from infill drilling at the Lindero Mine in Argentina confirmed that gold mineralization extends below the current reserve pit design. The drilling program is designed to test open mineralization at depth and upgrade inferred mineral resources below the current life-of-mine pit design of the deposit, the company said Tuesday. Results will be incorporated into an updated block model and pit design to be completed by the end of the year. Intersections brought gold grades that were consistent with or higher than the grades estimated in the block model, Fortuna said.
