Dorchester Minerals to Acquire North Dakota Mineral Interests for 1.3 Million Units

05:06 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dorchester Minerals, L.P (DMLP) has agreed to acquire mineral and royalty interests totaling 4,300 net royalty acres in North Dakota from an unnamed third party in exchange for 1.3 million common units, the company said Monday. Closing is expected to occur on Oct. 30, subject to customary closing conditions.
