Anteris Technologies Wins German Clearance for Heart Valve Trial

03:49 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Anteris Technologies Global (AVR) said Tuesday it received regulatory clearance from Germany's Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices to begin enrolling patients in the global trial of its DurAVR transcatheter heart valve. The company said the trial is evaluating the device in patients with severe calcific aortic stenosis, a condition in which calcium buildup narrows the aortic valve. Anteris said adding Germany, Europe's largest transcatheter aortic valve replacement market, will expand the trial's European presence and could help accelerate enrollment. The company said it is continuing to activate sites and recruit patients across the US and Europe.
