FirstService Unit Acquires A&A Fire Protection

05:20 PM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FirstService (FSV) unit Century Fire Protection has acquired A&A Fire Protection as part of efforts to broaden its client base in existing markets, it said late Monday. A&A president Jake Gilstrap will continue to lead daily operations and retain a minority equity interest, according to a statement. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
