JELD-WEN Says CFO Samantha Stoddard Leaving, Jeffrey Embt to Become Interim CFO

05:00 PM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- JELD-WEN (JELD) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Samantha Stoddard will resign, effective Nov. 13. Chief Accounting Officer Jeffrey Embt will also serve as interim CFO, effective Nov. 13, while continuing in his current role, the company said. JELD-WEN said it will start a process to identify the next CFO. The company also reaffirmed its 2026 guidance of revenue between $3.1 billion and $3.2 billion, and adjusted EBITDA of $120 million to $150 million.
