Integra LifeSciences Holdings Closes $450 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

04:57 PM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Integra LifeSciences Holdings (IART) on Monday closed a private offering of $450 million of 9.5% senior secured notes due 2033 and amended and restated its credit facility. The roughly $1.65 billion credit facility consists of a $600 million revolver and a $600 million term loan A, each with five-year maturities, and a $450 million term loan B with a seven-year maturity. Integra used the net proceeds from the notes, together with borrowings under the credit facility, to refinance its existing credit facility and pay related fees and expenses.
