12:19 PM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Netflix (NFLX) and Globo said Monday they have signed a content licensing deal, under which 18 of the Brazilian media company's original productions will be available on Netflix starting December. The package includes 14 films, three telenovelas and one series that will be dubbed and subtitled in multiple languages, with licenses covering different territories, according to a statement. The titles will roll out on Netflix through mid-2027, the companies said. Financial details were not disclosed. Shares of Netflix were down 1.2% in Monday trading.
