Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Enters Settlement With Navinta Over Dojolvi

10:51 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical (RARE) and Baylor Research Institute have entered into a settlement agreement with Navinta to resolve patent litigation related to Dojolvi oral liquid, according to a regulatory filing Monday. Under the settlement agreement, the company said it will grant Navinta a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to market its generic version of Dojolvi beginning Jan. 1, 2033, which would be extended to July 1, 2033, if pediatric exclusivity is granted for the drug. The litigation, filed in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, stemmed from Navinta's abbreviated new drug application to market its generic version, the company said. Similar cases against other companies that filed abbreviated new drug applications related to Dojolvi remain pending in court, Ultragenyx said.
