Johnson & Johnson Says Phase 3 Trial Results Show Tremfya Delivered Fistula Remission in Crohn's Disease

09:35 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) said Monday one-year data from a phase 3 study showed Tremfya kept or improved fistula remission through 48 weeks in adults with Crohn's disease. The results follow previously reported week 24 data and further back the use of Tremfya in this manifestation of Crohn's disease, the company said. In people getting Tremfya 100 mg every 8 weeks, combined fistula remission increased from 28% at week 24 to 35% at week 48, Johnson & Johnson said. In patients getting Tremfya 200 mg every 4 weeks, results were consistent through week 48, the company said, adding over 90% of all randomized patients completed treatment through week 48.
