Roze AI Korea Signs Memorandum of Agreement for AI Fire Safety Systems in Seoul

09:21 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Roze AI's (RZAI) Korean unit signed a memorandum of agreement to evaluate potential participation in a Seoul development involving artificial intelligence fire safety systems and related technologies, the company said Monday. The nonbinding agreement, effective through March 31, 2027, targets about $111.8 million in potential project work, which does not represent a confirmed order or revenue guidance, the company said. The proposed Seoul development would include residential, industrial and commercial facilities, subject to permits and final plans, the company added. Roze AI shares were up 1.5% in premarket activity.
