Archer Aviation Completes Piloted Air Taxi Flights Over San Francisco Bay

08:54 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Archer Aviation's (ACHR) all-electric Midnight air taxi completed piloted flights over San Francisco Bay as part of its "No Roads" tour, operating from Oakland International Airport, the company said Monday. During the three-day tour, Midnight visited seven cities, flew more than 200 miles and reached 131 miles per hour. A flight from Oakland International Airport to San Francisco's Marina District took about 10 minutes, compared with over an hour by car, the company said. Archer plans Los Angeles flights next as it prepares for the White House's eVTOL pilot program, it added. Archer Aviation shares were up 1.5% in premarket activity.
