Copper Road Resources President and CEO Brian Howlett Steps Down

08:34 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Copper Road Resources (CRD.V) said Monday that Brian Howlett stepped down from his role as its president and chief executive officer for personal reasons, effective immediately. The company appointed Mark Goodman, executive chairman and a director of Copper Road, as interim president and CEO, it said. Howlett will continue as a part-time consultant, "ensuring continuity during this leadership transition," added the company.
