Mullen Group to Acquire Willson International

07:08 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mullen Group (MTL.TO) has agreed to acquire Willson International, a deal expected to strengthen Mullen's customs brokerage and logistics capabilities in Canada and the US, the company said Monday. Willson, a provider of customs brokerage and trade compliance services, is expected to contribute about CA$80 million in annual revenue. Willson will continue to operate as a standalone business within Mullen. Willson's senior management team, led by Jim McKinnon, will remain to oversee the company's operations. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
