JPMorgan Reportedly Expands JPM Coin to Ethereum for Institutional Clients

04:28 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is making its JPM Coin deposit token available to institutional clients on the Ethereum blockchain, media outlets reported Monday. The token represents US dollar deposits held at the bank and enables clients to transfer funds around the clock, the reports said, adding that JPM selected Ethereum because of its liquidity and established use among clients. JPMorgan Chase did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
