04:57 PM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Laser Photonics (LASE) said Friday it named its founder, Dmitri Nikitin, executive chairman and principal executive officer, succeeding the former chief executive officer. Nikitin succeeds Wayne Tupuola, who resigned as chief executive officer for medical reasons effective Tuesday, the company said. Laser Photonics does not currently plan to name a separate CEO, it added.
