Hyperscale Data Unit askROI Prepares to Go Public

04:50 PM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hyperscale Data (GPUS) unit askROI is preparing to become a separate public company by Q2 or Q3 of 2027, the company said late Friday. The transaction could occur through a reverse takeover, an initial public offering, or a special purpose acquisition company, Hyperscale said. If the transaction occurs through a reverse takeover, the company will complete a filing of a resale registration statement in H1 2027 to register the shares it receives for selling askROI to a public company yet to be identified, it said. askROI is expected to appoint Joseph Spaziano as chief executive officer and Ryan Doucette as president. Spaziano will succeed Milton Ault, the company said.
