12:24 PM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust's (SRU-UN.TO) trustees declared an October distribution of CA$0.15417 per unit, payable on Nov. 16, to unitholders of record as at Oct. 30, it said Friday. The distribution is unchanged from the prior month. Price: 27.06, Change: +0.35, Percent Change: +1.31
