Nexcel Metals Acquiring 180 Claims Near Burnt Hill Tungsten Project in New Brunswick

11:43 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nexcel Metals (NEXX.CN) is acquiring a package of 180 mineral claims in New Brunswick contiguous to its Burnt Hill Tungsten Project, the company said on Friday. The Northex claims are at an early stage of exploration, a statement said. Nexcel will issue one-million shares to Northex, the vendor, at a discounted deemed price of CA$0.472 each. Northex will not retain any royalty, stream or other continuing interest in claims following closing. The transaction is expected to close on Oct. 31.
