09:56 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dryden Gold (DRY.V) signed an agreement to collaborate with Eagle Lake First Nation as the company advances its exploration activities on Eagle Lake First Nation lands. Under the terms, Dryden agreed to issue 113,636 shares priced at CA$0.22 each to reimburse Eagle Lake First Nation CA$25,000 for its work on an environmental review, the company said Friday. The agreement also establishes a framework for regular communication and engagement between Dryden and Eagle Lake First Nation. The company's shares were last seen up CA$0.005 to CA$0.22 on the TSX Venture Exchange. Price: 0.22, Change: +0.01, Percent Change: +2.33
