Etoiles Capital Group Completes Domestication to Nevada

09:48 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Etoiles Capital Group (EFTY) has completed the domestication process to move the jurisdiction of its incorporation to Nevada from the Cayman Islands, the company said Friday. Following the domestication, each Class A ordinary share will be converted to a common share, effective Oct. 19, according to the statement. The common shares are expected to start trading on Nasdaq under the "EFTY" ticker, once trading resumes, Etoiles Capital Group said. Trading of the Class A shares has been suspended since Oct. 6, the company noted.
