08:33 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Emergent BioSolutions (EBS) Chief Financial Officer Richard Lindahl will retire on Dec. 31, the company said Friday. Frank Vargo, vice president and treasurer, will become interim CFO on Jan. 1, the company said. Lindahl will serve as a senior executive adviser from Jan. 1 through March 31 to support the transition, it added.
