08:32 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fox Factory (FOXF) has appointed independent director Douglas Grimm as interim chief executive officer, with Mike Dennison stepping down as CEO and departing the board, effective immediately, the company said Friday. The company has retained executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles to help find a permanent CEO, the company said. Grimm has more than 40 years of experience in the automotive and industrial sectors, the company said.
