San Lorenzo Gold Raising Up to CA$40 Million to Advance Chilean Project

07:51 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- San Lorenzo Gold (SLG.V) aims to raise up to CA$40 million in a private placement to advance exploration drilling and technical studies at the Salvadora project in Chile. The offering comprises about 7.5 million shares priced at $5.30 each, the mineral exploration company said Friday. Proceeds could increase to up to CA$46 million if agents fully exercise an option to sell up to an additional 15% of the shares at the same price. Closing is expected around Nov. 10.
