Alector Prices $75 Million Stock Offering

07:45 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alector (ALEC) priced an underwritten offering of 36.6 million shares at $2.05 apiece for gross proceeds of $75 million, the company said Friday. The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including product development, working capital, capital expenditures and potential transactions. The offering is expected to close on or about Monday, it added. Alector shares were up 2.1% in premarket activity.
