Hudson Pacific Sells North San Jose Office for $75.5 Million

04:48 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hudson Pacific Properties (HPP) said Thursday it completed the sale of Skyport Plaza, a 419,000-square-foot office building in North San Jose, California, for $75.5 million. The company also sold a property in the winddown of its Quixote operations and will use net proceeds from both sales to pay down its revolving credit facility to $30 million. The two deals bring 2026 asset sales to nearly $190 million, the company added.
