MacroGenics Says First Patient Dosed in Phase 1 Study of MGC030 for Advanced Solid Tumors

05:00 PM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MacroGenics (MGNX) said late Thursday the first patient has been dosed in a phase 1 study evaluating MGC030 in patients with advanced solid tumors. Patients with relapsed or refractory solid tumors, including urothelial, colorectal, gastric or gastroesophageal junction, esophageal, and pancreatic cancers, will be enrolled in the study, the company said. MacroGenics said the dose escalation part of the study will enroll up to 54 participants, with the capacity to add more participants at certain dose levels.
