Aterra Metals Closes CA$8.4 Million Privae Placement of Shares

04:52 PM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aterra Metals (ATC.CN) raised CA$8.4 million in its private placement of shares, the company said after trade on Thursday. The shares, priced at CA$0.06 each, were sold under the listed issuer financing exemption. Proceeds will be used to advance the Phase II exploration program at its Totora Copper-Gold Project in Chile. Aterra Metals shares closed unchanged at CA$0.05 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
