American Water Unit Gets EPA Funding for Wildfire-Resilience Upgrades

The funding will cover about 84% of the project's original estimated cost of $1.03 million and support upgrades to the Carmel Valley Clearwell Tank and San Carlos Booster Pump Station, both located in high-risk wildfire areas in California, the company said.
