California Water Service Prices $125 Million of Notes; Unit Cal Water Prices $150 Million of Bonds

09:58 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- California Water Service Group (CWT) said Thursday it has priced $125 million of senior unsecured notes. The company also said its Cal Water unit has priced $150 million of first mortgage bonds. The private placement deals are expected to close on or before Dec. 31, the company said. The notes comprise $75 million of 6.08% senior unsecured notes, series C, due Dec. 15, 2031, and $50 million of 6.41% senior unsecured notes, series D, due Dec. 15, 2036, the company said. Meanwhile, the bonds comprise $50 million of 6.49% bonds, series 4, maturing Dec. 15, 2046, and $100 million of 6.54% bonds, series 5, maturing Dec. 15, 2056, it said. Proceeds from the notes and bonds will be used to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes. Price: 46.50, Change: +0.68, Percent Change: +1.48
