In May, Fidelity National announced that the two companies would collaborate to create AI tools for the banking industry, beginning with a financial crime agent. The agent is being deployed at FIS design partner Amalgamated Bank. According to analysis from Amalgamated Bank, the agent is projected to reduce level 1 alert review time by more than 90%, level 2 case investigation time by approximately 98%, and suspicious activity report narrative preparation time by more than 80%.
