08:52 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- First Tracks Biotherapeutics (TRAX) plans to sell about 6.1 million shares at $32.75 apiece in a private placement expected to generate about $200 million in gross proceeds, the company said Thursday. The company said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including the clinical development of ANB033, a CD122 antagonist. The transaction is expected to close on Monday.
