Cronos Closes Acquisition of Netherlands' CanAdelaar for 57.5 Million Euros

07:55 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cronos Group (CRON.TO) has completed its acquisition of Netherlands-based cannabis company CanAdelaar for 57.5 million euros. The price includes a contingent payment that is equal to 0.5x of CanAdelaar's normalized EBITDA for 2026 and 2027, Cronos said Thursday. The deal allows Cronos to establish a platform in Europe's largest adult-use cannabis market, it said.
