MGP Ingredients to Rebrand as Sempreon

07:54 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MGP Ingredients (MGPI) said Thursday that it will rebrand as Sempreon on Nov. 2, and change its Nasdaq ticker symbol to "CASK." The company said its new name will bring together three businesses: Branded Spirits, Distilling Solutions, and Ingredient Solutions. MGP Ingredients said the rebrand would reflect its growth from a single distillery into a business spanning spirits brands and ingredient products. The company said it will continue to operate distilleries under names including MGP and Lux Row.
