Four analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.94. Excluding charges from restructuring and transformation costs, the company said adjusted earnings were $1.01 per diluted share. Analysts expected $1.01. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $4.84 billion, up from $4.63 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $4.86 billion. The company said it expects Q4 diluted EPS to be between $1.03 and $1.13. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.00. ManpowerGroup shares were down 12% in premarket activity.
