07:49 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust's (MHC-U.TO, MHC.UN.TO) board of trustees approved an around 5.9% increase to its monthly cash distribution to unitholders to $0.05771 per REIT unit or $0.6925 per REIT unit on an annualized basis, it said Thursday. The new distribution will begin on or about Nov. 16, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on Oct. 30, added Flagship.
