07:48 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Redwire (RDW) said Thursday that it has won purchase orders valued at $13.8 million to provide Stalker drones to the US National Guard for training soldiers. The long-range aircraft will help instructors teach flight operations, field maintenance, and how to deploy mission equipment, the company said. The work supports a new Army specialty called 15X Tactical Unmanned Aircraft System Specialist that combines drone operation and repair, Redwire said. Trained guardsmen will run drones within maneuver units at sites including Camp Shelby, Mississippi, and Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, it added. Shares of the company were down 4% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
