06:42 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pulsar Helium (PLSR.V) said Thursday the City Council of Two Harbors, Minnesota, approved a purchase and development agreement with subsidiary Pulsar Helium MN for the proposed acquisition of land in the city's industrial district. The company plans to develop the site into a rare gas processing hub, including facilities for helium liquefaction and carbon capture. It would acquire the property from the city for $1. The final boundaries and legal description of the property will be established by a final survey approved by the city and Pulsar Helium MN.
