Dividend will be paid in quarterly installments, beginning with the reporting of the company's fiscal Q1 results, expected in May 2027, AIR said. The company said that it intends to pursue a progressive dividend policy, with future increases dependent on earnings growth, cash flow and its financial position. The global consumer brands company added that it intends to fund shareholder distributions through its equity free cash flow. The planned repurchases remain subject to market conditions, capital requirements and regulatory approvals, AIR said.
