03:55 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gibraltar Industries (ROCK) has agreed to sell its infrastructure business, D.S. Brown, to Saint-Gobain for $208 million in cash, the company said on Thursday. The sale is expected to close in Q4 subject to closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, Gibraltar Industries said. The sale of D.S. Brown is part of a plan to simplify the company's portfolio, sharpen focus on building products and structure end-markets, reduce debt and strengthen the balance sheet, Gibralter Industries said. Management will update its 2026 outlook to reflect the D.S. Brown sale in its Q3 report, the timing of which will be announced separately, Gibralter Industries said.
