05:30 PM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vistance Networks (VISN) said late Wednesday its board declared a special dividend of $1.50 per share, payable Nov. 6 to stockholders of record Oct. 26. The company said it intends to fund the special cash distribution with available cash, including proceeds from the sale of its Ruckus Networks business in July.
